Adrienne Johnson CPA, MST

Adrienne is a Principal at the firm. She joined Puckett, Clement and Schellenberg, P.C. upon formation, having spent twenty-four years with local CPA firms, including twenty-two with Schellenberg & Associates, P.C. Before joining Schellenberg & Associates, P.C. in 1990, she worked at large international CPA firms for seven years.

Adrienne specializes in taxes and tax planning. Adrienne’s tax experience includes planning and compliance for high wealth individuals, service industries, real estate entities, and trusts and estates. She has handled Internal Revenue Service audits, State of Michigan audits, and other compliance matters.

Education

Adrienne obtained her Bachelor of Accountancy in 1984 and her Masters of Taxation in 1994 from Walsh College of Accountancy and Business Administration.  Adrienne has been a certified public accountant since 1986.
